Dr. Rasna Gupta is the Lead of the Physician Wellness Program at the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre, Oncology lead for the Undergraduate Clinical Teaching unit, Medical Oncology Lead for the Palliative Medicine Residency Program for Windsor's Schulich Campus, and a Member of the City Wide Ethics and Credentialing Committee for Windsor Regional Hospital. She is an Assistant Professor at Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, and an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the University of Windsor. 

Her research interests encompass a wide range of topics within the field of cancer research including breast cancer, non small cell lung cancer, and cancer treatments and therapeutics.
