Jill Urbanic received her B. A. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Waterloo in Canada. She received her M. A. Sc. in Industrial Engineering and her Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Windsor. She is presently a Professor in the Department of Mechanical, Automotive, and Materials Engineering at the University of Windsor. Her research focuses on advanced process design and manufacturing technologies, with a focus in process planning for machine tool and robotic based additive manufacturing systems.
