Since 2017, WCRG participates each year in the Let’s Talk Cancer Symposium hosted by the Canadian Cancer Society’s Windsor RIOT Team. The event is a series of full-day symposia for secondary students that explores the complex world of cancer research. The day includes seminars from research professionals along with a variety of activities designed to involve students with a hands-on activities, short seminars, break-out discussion sessions, and lab tours. Thank you to all our volunteers who contribute to such a valuable learning experience for all participants.
