REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a secure, web-based application for building and managing online surveys and databases, used around the world to support research projects.

WE-Spark Health Institute hosted an introductory REDCap workshop for current and potential users of the new software.

The workshop provided a background on REDCap, how it works, and the many ways it can help improve the quality of research data. It ended with a live demonstration of several types of projects that REDCap excels in, such as: randomized control trials, longitudinal research, administration and operations projects, and more.
