Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare’s VIRTUAL Geriatric Conference

Registration is now open for HDGH’s 2021 VIRTUAL Geriatric Conference.  The 8^th Annual Geriatric Conference will be a half-day zoom event held on Saturday, February 27^th from 8 am – 12 noon exploring medical topics related to the aging population. Attendees of the 2021 conference will hear from specialists who will present on topics relevant to the day-to-day practice of community family physicians.

NEW THIS YEAR: The first 50 registrants will receive an Experience Box delivered to your home. Items in the Experience Box were generously donated by community partners and include snacks and treats to enjoy during the conference.
