Jonathan Foster is the Vice President of Emergency Services, Trauma, Mental Health, Office of Research, Renal, and Cancer at Windsor Regional Hospital. He also serves at the Regional Vice President for the Erie St. Clair Regional Cancer Program and Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario).

Jonathan obtained a Bachelor of Arts, with an Honours in Psychology (BAHons Psychology) from the University of Windsor. He furthered his education with a Master's of Social Work from Wayne State University. 

Jonathan is a key member of local research teams, working on a number of projects related to mental health, shelter health initiatives, and community-based care initiatives.
